在各行各业竞争日益激烈的环境下,企业取胜的关键在于员工的素质和能力,企业之间的竞争实际上是人才之间的竞争。因此,企业有必要开展职工教育培训活动,不断培养能够促进企业发展的优秀人才。鉴于现有的企业职工教育培训中还有许多不足,对这些不足进行分析,并就企业职工教育培训机制的创新进行探讨。
In an increasingly competitive environment in all walks of life, the key to business success lies in the quality and ability of employees. The competition among enterprises is actually the competition among talents. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to carry out employee education and training activities and continuously cultivate outstanding talents that can promote the development of enterprises. In view of there are still many deficiencies in the existing enterprise staff education and training, to analyze these deficiencies and to explore the innovation of enterprise staff education and training mechanism.
