调查各地居民白细胞的正常值,既有助于职业中毒诊断标准的修订,又有利于一般疾病的诊断,还可以为长期的血象动态变化积累资料。我们在1983年3、4月间,对南昌市居民分层抽样调查,进行了此项研究工作,现将结果报告如下。调查对象受检查者通过询问或检查,确认没有影响白细胞数升降的疾病或因素存在。对象挑选的条件是:(1)居住本市1年以上;(2)不曾接触毒物、放射线或其它有害因素;(3)无肿瘤、甲亢、肝病或血液系统疾病史;(4)无慢性炎症及近期内无急性感染、感冒或出血史:(5)无长期服药史或近期内服用影响血象的药物史;(6)妇女应不在妊娠期,分娩期和哺乳期。本次分层抽样调查的人群,为学校、机
To investigate the normal values of leukocytes in residents around the country not only contributes to the revision of occupational poisoning diagnostic criteria, but also facilitates the diagnosis of general diseases, and can also accumulate data for long-term hemodynamic changes. In March and April 1983, we conducted a stratified sampling survey of residents in Nanchang and conducted the research. The results are reported below. Subjects under investigation The subject was asked or examined to confirm that there were no diseases or factors that affect the rise and fall of leukocyte counts. Subject selection criteria are: (1) living in the city for more than 1 year; (2) no exposure to toxicants, radiation, or other harmful factors; (3) no history of cancer, hyperthyroidism, liver disease, or blood system disease; (4) no chronic inflammation There is no history of acute infections, colds, or bleeding in the near future: (5) There is no history of long-term medications or medications that affect blood counts in the near future; (6) Women should be absent from pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation. The stratified sample survey of the population is for schools and schools.
