对Zn-20%Al合金半固态挤压特性进行了试验研究。所用挤压坯料分常规铸造状态及搅动铸造状态两种。结果表明,在400~420C的半固态温度下两种坯料都可获得良好的挤压成品,而其挤压力只相当于固态热挤压的一半左右。文中对模具参数、挤压速率以及挤压成品的力学性能也进行了分析讨论。
The semi-solid extrusion behavior of Zn-20% Al alloy was studied. Extrusion billets used in conventional casting state and stirring casting two. The results show that both semi-solid temperatures of 400 ~ 420C can obtain good extruded products, while the extrusion force is only equivalent to about half of the solid hot extrusion. In this paper, the mold parameters, the extrusion rate and the mechanical properties of the extruded product are also discussed.
