封闭式基金和开放式基金是我国当前证券投资基金的两种基本组织形式。我国证券市场尚处于发展初期,还没有封闭式基金转型的先例,也缺乏这方面的制度准备,因此,分析总结成熟的证券市场上已经实践多年封闭式基金转型的经验教训,对于我国制定和实施封闭式基金转型方案的作用重大。
Closed-end funds and open-end funds are the two basic forms of organization of current securities investment funds in our country.
