QG-DJ_1铸钢是由戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所和株洲电力机车工作合作研制的牵引电机导磁铸钢。目的是改善牵引电机机座用铸钢材料的导磁性能,进一步提高牵引电机的功率和减轻牵引电机的重量。研究结果表明:QG-DJ_1铸钢的导磁性能达到了法国验收标准;化学成分及机械性能符合GB11352
QG-DJ_1 cast steel is a traction motor magnetized cast steel developed by Qishuyan Rolling Stock Technology Research Institute and Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works. The purpose is to improve the permeability of cast steel for traction motors, to further increase the power of the traction motor and to reduce the weight of the traction motor. The results show that: the magnetic permeability of QG-DJ_1 cast steel meets the acceptance criteria of France; its chemical composition and mechanical properties conform to GB11352
