随着我国建筑企业实力的不断增强,大型国际工程总承包企业越来越多的走向国际建筑总承包市场。如何在国际总承包项目中做好造价控制与管理,实现总承包企业的利润最大化,是所有走出国门的总承包企业面临的共同问题。从工程总承包企业的角度出发,结合自身的实际经验讨论了在进行国际总承包项目过程中如何合理的进行造价控制与管理。
As the strength of China's construction enterprises continues to increase, more and more major international engineering general contracting enterprises move toward the international general contracting market. How to control and manage the cost in the international general contracting projects and maximize the profits of the general contracting enterprises are the common problems all the general contracting enterprises go abroad. From the perspective of general contracting enterprises, this paper discusses how to control and manage the cost in the process of international general contracting projects with its own practical experience.
