一领导活动中的认同心理是指领导者与部属之间彼此心理相容、情感相通、目标一致的和谐状态,是领导者和部属心理上相互同化的双向沟通过程。它包括两个相互联系的方面:其一,领导者以高尚的道德情操、真诚的待人态度和突出的领导才能,赢得部属对自己领导地位心悦诚服的承认;其二,部属作为社会实践活动的具体承担者,他们的主体地位和独立的人格应得到领导者的充分尊重和理解。领导者只有始终对部属保持浓厚的兴趣和信任态度,才会化解与部属之间的心理隔膜,赢得部属对领导活动的主动支持和配合。领导者与部属之间达到了彼此认同的状态,就会创造一种新的领导境界,这就是《老子》十七章中所说的:“悠兮其贵言,功成事遂,百姓皆谓‘我自然’。”领导者不轻易发号施令,事情办成了,老百姓会说
