受摩托车排气管本身尺寸和结构影响,催化转化器在摩托车排气管上的安装存在一定难度,通过对排气管温度场的测量和分析,确立了催化转化器的安装位置。通过建立模型对温度场进行模拟,并将模拟结果和试验结果对比分析表明,模拟与试验吻合程度较好,可用于试验结果的预测或为试验和设计提供参考。
Due to the size and structure of motorcycle exhaust pipe itself, it is difficult to install the catalytic converter on motorcycle exhaust pipe. Through the measurement and analysis of the temperature field of exhaust pipe, the installation position of catalytic converter is established. By modeling the temperature field, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results and can be used to predict the test results or provide reference for the test and design.
