本着以丰产为基础,抗旱为保证,稳产是核心的总体目标,以春小麦生态育种理论为指导,应用常规育种技术,采用系谱法进行杂种后代处理与选择,根据黑龙江省的自然特点、市场需求特征及本省主产麦区的生产技术优势,建立高产、多抗春小麦高效育种技术体系,加强各类优异种质资源的创新与利用,加快适用型中筋丰产小麦新品种的选育与推广,在2011年春审定推广了抗旱丰产春小麦新品种克春3号,并确立了中筋春小麦主要品质指标的快速检测方法以及高效小麦原粮生产技术体系,探索适合黑龙江省特点的高产小麦产业化发展模式。
