文冲船厂是广州地区一家大型修船造船的企业,现有职工6000人左右。从今年4月起,该厂从本厂的实际出发,实行党政分开,并以变革旧的企业思想政治工作管理体制为突破口,积极探索改进和加强思想政治工作的新路子,初步形成了一个同厂长负责制相适应、责权统一、目标合一、综合管理的企业思想政治工作新格局,工作逐步走上正常运转的轨道。
