本文采用龚耀先等修订的“艾森克个性问卷”(EPQ)对师专生进行个性测查,了解男女生个性发展差异。结果表明,师专男生外倾向性强,情绪较稳定;女生内倾向性高,情绪稳定性较差。原因一是生理因素,二是环境因素。
This article adopts the revised “Eysenck Personality Questionnaire” (EPQ) by Gong Yaoxian et al. To conduct a personality survey on the teachers’ specialties to understand the differences in personality development between boys and girls. The result shows that male teachers in teachers’ college have strong tendency toward externalities and emotional stability. Female students have high internal tendency and poor emotional stability. One reason is the physiological factors, the second is environmental factors.
