本文报告1987年6月至1988年6月住院诊断冠心病44例,均无典型心绞痛,监测发现冠心病12例,出现无症状性ST段缺血性改变,284例次(92.6%)提示动态心电图对无症状性心肌缺血的诊断有一定诊断价值。
This article reports 44 cases of coronary heart disease diagnosed in hospital from June 1987 to June 1988 without any typical angina pectoris. Twelve cases of coronary heart disease were found in our study. There was asymptomatic ST segment ischemic change in 284 cases (92.6%), ECG diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia have a certain diagnostic value.
