病例资料患者,男,67岁,因“半年内左腹股沟无痛性包块逐渐增大”入院。入院查体:于左腹股沟外环处触及一4.0 cm×3.0 cm大的类圆形包块,其表面皮肤正常,质地中等,无压痛及波动感,活动度好,可随精索移动,不能还纳。B超检查示:左腹股沟区有一3.7 cm×1.6 cm大的实性回声包块,边界清晰。初步诊断为左腹股沟肿块,原因及性质待查,遂于硬膜外麻醉下行左腹股沟肿物切除术。术
