去年十一月三十日是重慶解放的日子,到今天已整整一週年了,在這一年中我們遵循着中央人民政府已定的方針和我們國家的大憲章同綱領來建設人民的重慶。這一年來由於全體人民的努力,西南軍政委員會的直接領導,各級幹部的艱苦工作,重慶已經起了重大變化,獲得了不少成績。但一年來的建設工作還作得很不够,缺點還很多,還有待於今後的繼續努力。 Last year, November 30 last year was the liberation day for Chongqing. To this day, it has an entire anniversary. In the course of the year, we followed the guidelines set forth by the Central People’s Government and the constitutional charter of our country to build a people’s city of Chongqing. This year, due to the efforts of all the people, the direct leadership of the Southwest Military and Political Committee, and the hard work of cadres at all levels, Chongqing has undergone major changes and has achieved many successes. However, the construction work over the past year has still not been done enough. There are still many shortcomings and we still have to continue our efforts in the future.
