我厂7500N空气锤砧座,在使用过程中曾在燕尾槽侧的表面多次出现裂纹。由于未及时采取措施,很快延至下砧与砧座接触部位(下图1、2所示部位),使砧座表层呈碎块断裂。碎裂面积分别为500mm×120mm,300mm×100mm。砧座重9.3 t,材质为HT200铸铁,焊接性较差,因碎裂严重,如直接在损坏处进行补焊是很难修复的,而且成本亦高。因而决定采用加垫板的方法进行焊接修复,其工艺过
