红山嘴油田是典型的复杂断块油田,其中以红18井区克下组油藏为代表,其断层发育多且复杂,大断块由主断层控制,局部区域还有许多次级小断层遮挡影响。克下组生产层位多达14个,且层间非均质性严重,油水井注采对应关系极其复杂,因此在开发过程中出现易水淹水窜,平、剖面动用矛盾突出等诸多问题。通过油藏精细描述成果,认清了断裂的发育情况,落实了储层孔道分布发育情况,搞清了油水井注采对应关系,为后期的逐级深部调驱试验提供了充分的地质基础。为了缓解近年来该区产量逐年下降,含水逐年升高等被动局势,提出了逐级深部整体调驱这一重大开发试验,该试验成功克服了注入水矿化度高等不利因素,从配方的筛选到段塞的设计再到调驱方式的选定都与以往调驱措施有着很大的区别。最终取得了显著效果,12个调驱井组的日产油由85t上升到130t,含水由75%降至67%,为红山嘴油田其他区块的调驱措施提供了理论和技术支持。

In order to alleviate the passive situation such as the year-by-year decline of output and the increase of water content in recent years, a major development test of overall level-by-level regulation and control was put forward. This test successfully overcomes unfavorable factors such as high salinity of water injected, The design of the slug and then to the drive control method of choice and the previous drive control measures are very different. In the end, the daily production of 12 flooding control wells increased from 85t to 130t and the water cut from 75% to 67%, which provided theoretical and technical support for the flood control measures in the other blocks of Hongshanzui Oilfield.
