离子渗氮是目前比较成熟的热处理新技术,具有渗速快、质量好、节能、省气、无公害等优点,广泛受到重视并积极采用,1966年以来,我国研制与生产了大量的离子渗氮炉。近年来,国内外开展了扩大离子渗氮炉应用的工艺试验研究工作,尽量使一炉多用,以提高技术经济效益。例如,利用离子渗氮加热装置可以实现离子软氮化、离子硫氮共渗、离子氧氮化、离子硫氮碳共渗、离子渗硫、离子渗硼、离子渗硅、离子渗金属等离子轰击化学热处理。本文介绍离子软氮化、离子硫氮共渗、离子硫氮碳共渗、离子氧氮化及离子渗硫等基本情况。
