经济的高速发展客观上推动了职业教育的大发展,提高职业教育的教育教学质量,加强职校教师职后培训和师资队伍建设,是世界各地教师进步和职业教育发展的必然要求。结合我国国情和需求,学习借鉴国外发达国家在职教培养模式和管理机制上的先进经验,对我国职业院校师资培训将会有所启迪。
The rapid economic development objectively promoted the great development of vocational education, improved the quality of education and teaching in vocational education, and strengthened the post-vocational training of teachers and the construction of teaching staff. This is an inevitable requirement for the progress of teachers and the development of vocational education in different parts of the world. According to our country’s national conditions and needs, we can learn from advanced experience of foreign developed countries in developing vocational education mode and management mechanism, and give some inspiration to the training of teachers in vocational schools in our country.
