2012年11月9日至11月16日周行情分析,本周气温稳定,阳光充足。现在市场上流通的大都是大棚蔬菜,基本不受天气影响,蔬菜的货源比较充足,上市量比较稳定。由于气温下降和蔬菜季节性特征,部分蔬菜货源减少,供不应求,价格上涨,而有小部分蔬菜渐渐退出市场。在统计的90种主要蔬菜中,20种蔬菜上涨,27种蔬菜下跌,43种蔬菜基本持平。本周蔬菜价格与上周同期相比,上涨明显的有龙豆、菠菜、小白菜、生姜,涨幅分别为38.0%、33.3%、33.3%、27.3%。龙豆产自湖北和四川,气温下降,龙豆产量降低,货源减少,供不应求,价格上涨。
