一、历史发展概况 Landsteiner及Chase(1940)首先发现豚鼠细胞免疫的被动转移现象。Chase(1945)进一步证明豚鼠对结核杆菌的迟发型超敏反应可用活的致敏的白细胞传递给正常受体。并发表了许多论述。
First, the historical development of Landsteiner and Chase (1940) first found that passive guinea pig cell immune shift phenomenon. Chase (1945) further demonstrated that guinea pigs with delayed-type hypersensitivity to M. tuberculosis can be delivered to normal recipients with live-sensitized leukocytes. And published many expositions.
