2004年一季度,我国国民经济保持了去年以来的快速增长势头,消费、投资和进出口持续增长,各行业经济运行态势良好。重工业是当前经济增长的主要拉动力量。2004年一季度,工业增长景气继续走强,达到历史新高,并呈现出加速增长趋势。据统计,今年1-2月份累计实现工业增加值7059.7亿元,同比增长16.6％。其中,重工业增速比轻工业高出5个百分点,对工业的总体增长贡献达到72％以上。工业快速增长得益于投资、消费和出口三方面力量的共同推动。2004年一季度,投资增长景气再创新高,并呈现出加速增长趋势,是拉动工业增长的第一力量。与此同时,全社会消费增长景气水平也较上年明显提高,并达到历史新高。
In the first quarter of 2004, the national economy of our country maintained the rapid growth momentum since last year. Consumption, investment, import and export continued to grow, and the economic operation of various industries was in a good shape. Heavy industry is the main driving force for the current economic growth. In the first quarter of 2004, the industrial growth boom continued to rise to a record high, showing a trend of accelerating growth. According to statistics, from January to February this year, the accumulated industrial added value reached 705.97 billion yuan, an increase of 16.6% over the same period of last year. Among them, the growth rate of heavy industry is 5% higher than that of light industry, contributing more than 72% to the overall growth of industry. The rapid industrial growth benefited from the joint efforts of the three sectors of investment, consumption and export. In the first quarter of 2004, the booming investment growth boom set new heights and showed a trend of accelerating growth, which is the first force driving industrial growth. In the meantime, the prosperity level of the entire social consumption increased significantly from the previous year and reached a record high.
