目的设计开发基于医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)的简易ACR编码系统,将ACR编码应用于结构化报告中。方法采用SQLServer2000数据库,选用拼音加加及五笔加加作为中文输入平台,利用ACR编码光盘版构建编码数据库,自行开发我院的结构化报告系统。结果本系统编码数据库包含ACR编码表和简易ACR疾病编码表,首先在ACR编码库中查询与诊断意见相符的编码,并对选择进入的编码进行简化,存储于简易ACR疾病编码表中,运行一段时间后启动诊断意见区自动匹配功能,自动匹配功能与简易ACR疾病编码表相关联。结论系统可靠、使用方便,可明显提高编码速度及准确性,提高影像诊断工作质量和效率。
Objective To design and develop a simple ACR coding system based on medical image storage and transmission system (PACS), and to apply ACR coding to structured reports. Methods Using SQLServer2000 database, Pinyin and Wubi Gaga were chosen as the input platforms for Chinese. The code database was constructed by using ACR code CD version, and the structured reporting system of our hospital was developed by ourselves. Results The system code database contains the ACR code table and the simple ACR disease code table. The ACR code library is firstly used to search for the codes corresponding to the diagnosis opinions, and the codes for the selected access codes are simplified and stored in the simple ACR disease code table, After the start of the diagnostic opinion area automatically match function, automatic matching function associated with simple ACR disease coding table. Conclusion The system is reliable, easy to use, can significantly improve the encoding speed and accuracy, improve the quality and efficiency of image diagnosis work.
