Objective To observe the analgesic, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects of wild fleas and cultivated total flavonoids of Saussurea. Methods Tail flick test, mouse ear swelling test, rat carrageenan paw edema test, mouse spleen T and B lymphocyte transformation experiment were used to observe the analgesic and anti-resistance of wild fleas and total flavonoids of Saussurea involucrata. Inflammation and immune regulation. Results Wild and cultivated total flavonoids of Saussurea involucrata had significant analgesic effect on pain caused by thermal stimulation; it had obvious inhibitory effect on ear swelling and foot swelling of mice; and it had obvious inhibition on the transformation function of T and B lymphocytes in mice. Effects; There was no significant difference in the main pharmacodynamics of total flavonoids in wild and cultured Saussurea. Conclusion Wild and cultivated total flavonoids of Saussurea L. have analgesic, anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, and there is no significant difference between the two effects.
