可逆轧制中的带材板凸度使卷取时的张力分布发生变化,对板形检测信号产生干扰。本文对这一干扰量作了定量分析,并采用对板形标准曲线的修正或直接对检测张力信号进行修正的方法。对该影响因素进行了补偿。
The strip crown in reversible rolling changes the tension distribution during winding, interfering with the plate-shaped detection signal. In this paper, we quantitatively analyze the interference and adopt the method of correcting the flatness calibration curve or correcting the tension signal directly. This factor has been compensated.
