根据1974年底石油部召开的大泵抽油设备配套会议的决议,我们从1975年3月开始进行YTCC12-66型长冲程抽油机的设计,于8月间完成设计并投入试制。1978年初对样机进行了地面调试,10月在丫104井作现场试验:抽油泵泵径φ44毫米,泵挂深度1408米,冲程6米,冲次4次/分,最大悬点载荷6吨。样机在强水淹条件下正常连续运转1060小时,抽出原油156吨,其折算平均排量为原普通游梁抽油机的3.26倍。试验证明,这种长冲程抽油机是开采强水淹井井内原油的有效设备。
According to the resolution held by the Ministry of Petroleum at the end of 1974, a large pump pumping equipment meeting, we started from March 1975 YTCC12-66 long stroke pumping unit design, in August to complete the design and put into trial. In early 1978, the prototype was tested on the ground. In October, a field test was conducted at Y 104 well: pump diameter of φ44 mm, pumping depth of 1408 meters, stroke of 6 meters, stroke of 4 times per minute and maximum suspended load of 6 tons. Under normal flooding conditions, the prototype was operated normally for 1060 hours and 156 tons of crude oil were withdrawn. The average displacement of the prototype was 3.26 times that of the ordinary beam pumping unit. Experiments show that this long-stroke pumping unit is an effective equipment for the exploitation of crude oil in wells with strong flooding.
