财政监督检查是财政机关及其工作人员为履行财政法规规定的财政监督检查职责依法对有关单位及部门执行预算税收、财务、会计、国有资本金基础管理等事项进行的监督检查工作,其核心目标在于确保财政职能的有效分配,对一些违反国家相关财经法规及政策的行为活动进行制裁及制约,从而有效提升各企事业单位的遵纪守法意识及核算水平,促进我国经济的可持续发展。基于此,本文对新形势下如何发挥财政监督检查职能促进地域经济进行了详细地分析和探究。
The financial supervision and inspection is the supervision and inspection carried out by the financial authorities and their staffs on the financial supervision and inspection duties stipulated in the financial laws and regulations and in accordance with the law on the implementation of budget taxation, finance, accounting and basic management of state-owned capital of the relevant units and departments. The core objectives Is to ensure the effective allocation of financial functions and impose sanctions and restrictions on some activities that violate the relevant financial laws and regulations and policies of the country so as to effectively enhance the compliance awareness and accounting standards of all enterprises and institutions and promote the sustainable development of our economy. Based on this, this article analyzes and explores in detail how to give play to the function of financial supervision and inspection in the new situation and promote the regional economy.
