翠枫山自然风景区位于山西省阳泉市郊区平坦镇后峪村。是国家4A级旅游风景区、国家级水利风景区。景区森林覆盖率97%以上,汇集和保存了大量完整的天然原始次生植物和生物群落。景区内共有植物1200余种。春夏秋冬四季风景如画,春季桃花漫山,夏季满眼绿色,秋季枫叶满山,层层尽染,冬季白雪皑皑,冰雕雪砌。堪称人间仙境,天然氧仓。
