本文以三水三氯化铑为原料,经由二氯化一氯五氨合铑与分子筛进行阳离子交换及羰基化处理后,制得了Rh(CO)_x/13X 和Rh(CO)_x/NaY 型分子筛锁笼羰基铑络合物催化剂,并用于己烯—1,庚烯—1,辛烯—1,十二烯—1,及2,4,4—三甲基戊烯—1的醛化反应性能考察。实验表明,上述锁笼催化剂对直链烯烃在130℃和85kg/cm~2合成气压力下有高的醛化活性和选择性。催化剂在反应后易于和产物分离,并可在不作再生的条件下重复使用。Rh(CO)_x/NaY 催化剂在重复使用4次后,按反应共计生成的总醛量以及催化剂中的铑含量,算得这一催化剂的比活性为1.39×10~4克分子醛/克原子铑。这时的催化剂活性还很高,仍可继续使用。
