患者刘桂兰,女,52岁,以突发面部、四肢阵发性抽搐6小时为主诉,于1997年3月16日上午11时入院。6小时前突然出现面部,四肢阵发性抽搐,每20—30分钟发作一次,每次持续3—5分钟。病后无心悸气短、无心前区疼痛恶心呕吐,无意识障碍,无肢体活动不灵,无二便失禁,为求医治于上午11时急诊入院。患者既往高血压病史10年,最高值达30.0/20.0KPa否认糖尿病及冠心病史。查体:BP22.0/14.0KPa神清,呼吸平稳,颜面及口唇无发绀,鼻唇沟
