本文对现今高职类院校成人高等教育面临激烈竞争的现状进行阐述与分析。笔者提出发展高职类院校成人高等教育必须注重人文精神的培养,加强院校硬件设施建设,建立完整、科学的成教管理体系,并结合高职类院校服务地方经济的特色。文章对高职类院校成人高等教育的长远发展具有一定的指导意义。
This article elaborates and analyzes the current situation that the adult higher education in the higher vocational colleges is facing fierce competition. The author points out that the development of adult higher education in higher vocational colleges must pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic spirit, strengthen the construction of hardware facilities in colleges and universities, establish a complete and scientific adult education management system, and combine with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and universities serving the local economy. The article is of guiding significance to the long-term development of adult higher education in higher vocational colleges.
