传统的大众媒体影响力日渐式微,网络媒体、社会化媒体等新媒体层出不穷,大众传播逐步让位于分众传播、小众传播乃至个性化传播,社会已经进入后大众传播的新媒体信息化时代。针对后大众传播时代传媒和传播的双重泛化,新闻传播教育的培养目标应该从之前的编辑记者调整到首席信息官上来:动态调整人才培养重点;重构课程体系和教学内容;以学生为中心着力推行双创教育,夯实学生的信息传播管理能力。
