目的探讨全脑数字减影血管造影(DSA)对缺血性脑血管病诊断的临床运用价值。方法对182例缺血性脑血管病患者采用全脑数字减影血管造影检查,对颅内外动脉血管的狭窄程度以及狭窄部位进行分析。结果全脑数字减影血管造影检查7例脑血管正常,175例颅内外血管异常,110例颅内血管异常,65例颅外血管异常,50例血管狭窄程度<50%,85例血管狭窄程度达50%~70%,40例血管狭窄程度>70%;全脑数字减影血管造影可明确狭窄部位以及对狭窄程度进行诊断;颈内动脉颅内段狭窄的严重程度高于颈内动脉颅外段(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑血管病患者采用全脑数字减影血管造影检查,可对患者病变部位以及狭窄程度进行明确诊断,并对脑血管的血流动力学改变、侧支代偿以及动脉回流情况进行检查,为临床治疗方案的实施提供理论依据,具有重要的临床运用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of whole brain digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Whole brain digital subtraction angiography was performed on 182 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and the degree of stenosis of intracranial and extracranial arteries and the location of stenosis were analyzed.
