一、前言 1973年60万千瓦汽轮发电机组联合设计组在北京曾作过背压论证,限于当时的设计条件,只作了冷却水温为20℃的直流供水的计算,为后来的初步设计提供了最佳的背压参数,1974年哈汽厂与东北电力设计院合作对安装于辽宁元宝山地区的国产第一台60万千瓦汽轮机进行了论证,确定了最佳的冷却方式。为了进一步获得适于全国不同地区的论证结论,除引据1968年对东北地区13℃水温的结论外,对20℃水温的直流供水和水塔冷却以及适于我国南方热带地区的25℃水
