我国《食品卫生法》规定:“餐具、茶具和盛放直接入口食品的容器,使用前必须洗净、消毒”。以往多采用高温蒸煮的办法;但此法需要一定的设备,且费时耗能,故中小型饭店、茶馆、饮食店(摊)等常难以做到。当前国内有许多单位在进行化学洗消剂的开发研究,研制既能确保消毒效果而又对人体无害的新型洗消剂,以图取代传统的物理消毒法。现已有近10种产品通过鉴定,进入现场试用阶段。大部分制剂的消毒成份为有效氯。最近我们用生物学试验的方法,对江苏常州市武进合成化工厂研制生产的洗消剂“洁消净”进行了安全性毒理学评价,以初步探索该类洗消剂的毒性作用。半数致死量(LD_(50))和7天喂养试验检测其急性毒性作用,用Ames试验检测其致突变性洁消净以二氯异氰尿酸为主要成份,辅以去污活性剂和稳定剂等制备而成。实验室
