随着人民生活水平不断提高,国家对食品安全问题日益重视,兽药残留检测的种类、范围和样品量与日俱增,迫切需要开发更多简洁、快速、高灵敏度、高通量且低成本的残留快速筛选分析方法以满足需要.本文对兽药残留快速筛选分析方法中的免疫分析法、微生物学法、分子印迹技术、生物传感器法、超高压液相-质谱联用技术的研究进展作一综述.
