目的:加强对危重症患者药物治疗的临床护理监护,提高用药有效率和准确率。方法:严密监护药物治疗前、药物治疗中和药物治疗后的情况,比较加强护理监护前后用药差错发生情况。结果:加强危重症患者药物治疗的临床护理监护后,有效降低了用药差错事件的发生率。结论:加强对危重症患者药物治疗的临床护理监护,有利于及时发现用药过程中的问题,降低用药差错事件发生率,保证患者的用药安全性。
Objective: To strengthen the clinical nursing care of critically ill patients with drug therapy to improve the efficiency and accuracy of medication. Methods: Careful monitoring of drug treatment, drug treatment and drug treatment after the situation, compared with strengthening nursing care before and after the occurrence of medication errors. Results: After intensive care guardianship of drug treatment in critically ill patients, the incidence of medication error events was effectively reduced. Conclusion: To strengthen the clinical nursing care for patients with critically ill patients is conducive to the timely detection of medication problems, reduce the incidence of medication errors and ensure the safety of patients.
