我厂钴炉为DG300/100—Ⅱ型单炉膛开式自然循环液态排渣炉。由于钴炉辅助设备及机炉不配套(发电机、汽轮机为50MW,炉为300T/H,而实际需要的蒸发量为190T/H)。投运一年多来,最长持续运行时间仅14天,一般为一星期,人称“礼拜炉”。主要是四角严重堆灰,把下排二次风喷咀堵死。其次是蒸汽温度偏低,在520℃以下(设计值540℃)。高压加热器投入时,只有510℃,运行极不正常。
I plant cobalt furnace DG300 / 100-Ⅱ type single-hearth open natural liquid slag furnace. As the cobalt furnace auxiliary equipment and machine furnace is not complete (generator, steam turbine is 50MW, the furnace is 300T / H, while the actual required evaporation is 190T / H). Put into operation more than a year, the longest continuous operation time of only 14 days, usually a week, known as the “furnace of worship.” Mainly four corners of the pile of ash, the second row of secondary air nozzle blocked. Followed by the steam temperature is low, below 520 ℃ (design value 540 ℃). High-pressure heater input, only 510 ℃, the operation is not normal.
