动脉粥样硬化(AS)是临床上的常见疾病,慢性炎症反应是其核心致病机制。白细胞介素(IL)-17是由辅助性T细胞17分泌的一类重要功能因子,在多种炎症应答中发挥重要调节作用。近年来的研究显示,IL-17在AS的发生与发展中也发挥了重要功能,主要表现为对AS中脂类代谢的影响及炎症应答的促进作用。靶向IL-17相关信号通路的免疫治疗可能为AS的治疗提供新的选择,但仍存在许多亟待解决的问题。作者对上述方面的研究进展进行了简要的综述。
Atherosclerosis (AS) is a common clinical disease, chronic inflammatory response is its core pathogenesis. Interleukin (IL) -17 is an important class of functional factor secreted by helper T cells17 and plays an important regulatory role in a variety of inflammatory responses. In recent years, studies have shown that, IL-17 in the occurrence and development of AS also played an important function, mainly as a lipid metabolism in AS and the promotion of inflammatory response. Immunotherapy targeting IL-17-related signaling pathways may offer new options for the treatment of AS, but many problems remain to be solved. The author gives a brief overview of the research progress in the above aspects.
