【目的】通过对安氏Ⅱ1分类错高角骨面型组与正常组X线头影测量的分析,观察比较安氏Ⅱ1分类高角型错的颅面特征,探讨安氏Ⅱ1分类错高角骨面型的颅面特征及在正畸治疗中控制侧重点,为安氏Ⅱ1分类错高角骨面型的临床诊断与矫治设计提供理论依据。【方法】本研究选择恒牙初期正常60例和安氏Ⅱ1分类高角错42例的头颅定位侧位片,分别对颅面41个测量项目进行X线头影测量,并对各测量项目的均值进行统计学比较和分析。【结果】安氏Ⅱ1分类错高角组颅底的曲度增大,颅前基底向前上旋转;上、下颌骨较颅底的矢状向关系均显后缩,且下颌后缩更为明显;上颌后牙槽高度U6-PP(mm)减小;下颌后牙槽高度L6-PP(mm)增加;上前牙唇倾,下前牙直立,上下切牙间角与正常组存在显著性差异。【结论】恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ1分类高角型错患者颅面结构具有显著特点,临床中应根据其特点做出正确的诊断设计并选择合理的治疗方法。

The sagittal relationship of the upper and lower jaws to the skull base was significantly reduced, and the mandibular retrusion was more (U6-PP (mm)) of the maxillary posterior alveolus decreased; the posterior alveolar height L6-PP (mm) increased; the posterior lip labial and anterior inferior teeth were upright, the angle between the upper and lower incisors and the normal group were Significant difference. 【Conclusions】 The craniofacial structure of Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion in early stage of permanent dentition has obvious characteristics. According to its characteristics, the correct diagnosis design and proper treatment should be selected in clinic.
