曹××,男性,17岁,戏校学生。4、5个月来,每做小翻动作后第1-2次尿均呈酱油色或浓茶色,以后尿色正常。练功时间越长,小翻动作越用力,尿色越深。伴轻微腰酸,无浮肿,盗汗及其它不适。平素健康。查体:Bp120/80,T36.4,心肺未见异常,肝脾未触及,肾区无叩痛,下肢不肿。胸透:心肺未见异常。化验:练功后第一次尿呈酱油色,潜血(++～+++)含铁血黄素(+),蛋白(++),沉渣(-),比重1.020,pH酸性。血象:红细胞420万,红细胞形态正常,血红蛋白13.5g,白细胞7,200,血小板14万。肝功:硫酸锌正常,碘反应(-),谷丙转氨酶正常,黄疸指数6单位。Coomb＇s试验(-),Ham试验(-)。红细胞脆性试验:开始溶血0.44％NaCl,完全溶血0.32％NaCl。

Blood: 4.2 million red blood cells, normal red blood cells, hemoglobin 13.5g, leukocytes 7,200, 140,000 platelets. Liver function: zinc sulfate normal, iodine reaction (-), alanine aminotransferase normal, jaundice index 6 units. Coomb’s test (-), Ham test (-). Erythrocyte fragility test: Start of hemolysis 0.44% NaCl, complete hemolysis 0.32% NaCl.
