节省能源,减少加热炉燃料消耗,近年来普遍引起各方面的重视。目前,各炼厂采取增加附属设备的措施来提高加热炉的热效率,取得了显著成效。但是,随着对节能要求的日益提高,除采取增添附属设备进行节能外,提高操作水平、增加测试手段也是十分重要的,并且花钱少、收效大,会得到事半而功倍的效果。本文目的就是在对目前炼厂操作水平初步了解的基础上,对普遍关心的加热炉烟气最佳含氧量问题提出一些看法,供作参考。一、烟气含氧量高有什么害处1.使热效率降低加热炉是靠燃料燃烧供给热量的,在操作过程中,加热炉烟气含氧量增加,说明进入炉内的过剩空气多。在排烟中,大量的过剩空气将热量带走排
