对品位为 81 %左右、含有半石墨的难选细鳞片石墨提纯进行了浮选法试验研究 ,目的在于提高石墨的品位及回收率。在经过正交试验及磨矿细度和矿浆浓度等调优试验后 ,得到品位为 95 .1 5 %的高碳石墨及品位为 90 %的中碳石墨 ,选矿回收率达到 92 .84%。
The grade of about 81%, with semi-graphite refractory fine flake graphite purified flotation test study, the purpose is to improve the grade of graphite and recovery. After orthogonal test, grinding fineness and pulp concentration, the results showed that 95.151% of high-carbon graphite and 90% of medium-carbon graphite got the recovery rate of 92.84%.
