临床上许多内耳疾病可以出现眩晕、耳鸣、耳聋等症状,和美尼尔氏病很容易混淆,给临床诊断带来困难。我们用甘油试验诊断美尼尔氏病尚感满意,现介绍如下。方法一、试验前准备:①详细进行耳鼻咽喉科一般检查。必要时摄内耳道X线片,作脑电图、脑电阻图等。②全身检查:患有糖尿病、严重脱水、心脏病、肾病、肝病等时不宜进行甘油试验。③受试者在试验前一周内不能使用利尿剂及其它脱水药物,受试前2小时及试验期间禁食禁水。但受试日早晨可嘱患者进少量清淡饮食。④告诉病人在试验期间 Clinically, many diseases of the inner ear, such as dizziness, tinnitus and deafness, can easily be confused with Meniere’s disease, which makes clinical diagnosis difficult.
