工业工程(Industrial Engineering简称IE)是国际上广泛应用的提高生产和多种管理系统效益的工程技术。工业发达国家的历史证明,当商品经济和生产力发展到一定阶段和现代化管理发展到一定水平,客观上要求工业工程的研究与应用。因而工业工程对我国发展社会主义市场经济、提高企业效益和适应将来“入关”及按照国际惯例管理是非常重要的。近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济与企业转换经营机制的发展,工业工程的推广和应用已取得了长足发展,许多企业收到了显著的效果。为了在全国范围内更好地推广与交流IE研究成果和应用经验,从而提高我国IE工作的学术水平.企业的生产效率和经济效益,为国民经济建设服务,中国机械工程学会第四次工业工程学术会议定于1995年春季召开。(开会地址另行通知),现将有关论
Industrial Engineering (IE) is an internationally widely used engineering technology to improve the efficiency of production and various management systems.
