为了探讨南方地区杂交水稻种子小包装的安全贮藏。我们于1990~1991年利用不同含水量的种子装袋进行了试验。 1 材料和方法供试种子是本公司1990年全州咸水制种基地收获的汕优64,种子质量为1级,种子装袋含水量设置4种水平:11%、12%、13%、14%。包装材料选用无毒的塑料袋,每袋定量为0.5公斤,袋口用钢锯片加热密封,置于仓内贮藏10个月(1990年10月~1991年8月)后,依《农作物种子检验规程》(国标)测定种子发芽率。每一样品作3次重复,重复间误差超过允许差范围的,再作2次重复,用重复间误差在允许范围内的平均数作为所测得的发芽率。
In order to explore the safe storage of hybrid rice seed packaging in southern China.
