本文报告,4年中在同一肾监护病房发生用过免疫抑制剂的6例星形奴卡氏菌感染。症状以呼吸道为主,其中1例并发脑脓肿。移植至出现症状间隔为6周～3个月。穿刺液或组织活检的直接镜检及血平板需氧培养均证实为星形奴卡氏菌。
This article reports 6 cases of M. nidulans that have been immunosuppressed in the same renal care unit over the 4 years. The main symptoms of the respiratory tract, including 1 case of brain abscess. Transplant to appear the symptom interval is 6 weeks ~ 3 months. Direct microscopic examination of the puncture fluid or tissue biopsy and aerobic culture of the blood plate were confirmed as Nocardia species.
