妊娠期有关使用抗心律失常药物乙胺碘呋酮的安全性了解不多。作者治疗1例33岁的经产孕妇,患房性心动过速,用心得安、地高辛、异搏定治疗无效,在妊娠末期使用乙胺碘呋酮。通过高性能液体层析法测定母体及脐带血液中乙胺碘呋酮及其主要代谢物去乙基乙胺碘呋酮的血浆浓度,并监测乙胺碘呋酮对母体和胎儿甲状腺功能的影响。作者对母体甲状腺功能所观察到的变化,与妊娠后期接受乙胺碘呋酮治疗的其他病人所见类似。T_3值降低但仍正常,总T_4值高于正常。游离甲状腺素指数升高到正常上限,且不
Gestational use of amiodarone, an anti-arrhythmic drug, is poorly understood. The authors treated a 33-year-old pregnant women, suffering from atrial tachycardia, propranolol, digoxin, verapamil treatment ineffective, the use of amiodarone in the end of pregnancy. Plasma concentrations of ethnofezin and its major metabolite, ethidium iodide, in maternal and umbilical cord blood were measured by high performance liquid chromatography and the effect of amiodarone on thyroid function in maternal and fetal was monitored .
