笔者设定危机分析视角,结合中国共产党建党92周年党史资料,党从建设发展中,经历了多种多次危机。一种是自上而下,一种是自下而上。改革开放以来,党的中央组织建设得到大力加强,有效防止自上而下的危机。党的基层组织,在完成党的工作目标中,如果不能尊重民意,就会积累矛盾,使党出现自下而上的危机。
From the perspective of crisis analysis, combining with the party history data of the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, the party has undergone many kinds of crises since its construction and development. One is top-down and the other is bottom-up. Since the reform and opening up, the building of the party’s central organization has been greatly strengthened to effectively prevent top-down crises. If the grassroots-level organizations of the Party complete the party’s work objectives and can not respect public opinions, they will accumulate contradictions and cause the party to emerge a bottom-up crisis.
