I am the chief of equipment department of Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital. I have also overseen the measurement management work for many years. Because our institute attaches importance to measurement from top to bottom, we have achieved “a sound management organization, clear job responsibilities, and implementation of a management system” so that the measurement management work will be up to standard for four consecutive years. In the first half of 1998, Tangshan City Health System Survey conducted a total of four items with four 100% qualified results.
