在这二十几年的英语教学中发现,我们学生的英语实际运用能力实在让人担忧,许多中学生看不懂一些路上的英语标识,听不懂国际大赛中简单的英语播报,碰到外国人问路,也不知所措,无所适从。如何为国家培养更多能够灵活运用英语来交际、工作和学习的人才呢?我想,这应该是我们每一位英语教师义不容辞的责任。下面是我在英语教学工作中,对英语实际使用情况和怎样有效地从事英语教学提出的一些想法。一、灵活运用有效资源
